Listening to the rippling water at the moat of Kasteel Daelenbroeck or overlooking the fens in National Park “ De Meinweg”, in the county of Roerdalen you will find several happy places, these places show you the environment in a fun and interesting way and provides unique tips from the locals of the area.
From over 200 submissions by the inhabitants of Roerdalen the 25 most popular places have been chosen and can be visited by anyone. At these so called “happy places” you can read what can be visited and why it is called a happy place. These places can be found all over the county and you can search for them yourself, by foot or by bicycle. All these happy spots have been put together in a brochure, which is available at the front desk or at Brasserie de Boshut.
