The castle
Within the estate you can discover the history of Castle Daelenbroeck via a guided tour, from the main building to the medieval vaults. Come and visit one of the Castle Concerts. These concerts are very special, not only because of the surroundings, but most of all because of the excellent musicians.

Golfing

Discover “geluksplekken” (happy places) in Roerdalen
Listening to the rippling water at the moat of Castle Daelenbroeck or overlooking the fens in National Park “ De Meinweg”, in the county of Roerdalen you will find several happy places, these places show you the environment in a fun and interesting way and provide unique tips. These places can be found all over the county and you can search for them yourself, by foot or by bicycle. All these happy spots have been put together in a brochure, which is available at the front desk or at Brasserie de Boshut. 


Why are some locations considered "geluksplekken" (happy places)?
 A few years ago, residents of the six church villages of Roerdalen nominated places where they find peace, meaning and harmony. From more than 200 submissions, the 26 most beloved places were chosen. At each of these happy places, you can read why it is considered a happy place. But usually, you can see or experience that for yourself.
