Duo Helia Sunday November 30
Duo Helia, formed by recorder player Kristy van Dijk and lutenist Manou Schreiner, emerged from their shared passion for early music during their studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Their performances are characterized by an authentic playing style and the bringing of historical stories to life.
Manou specialized in lute and theorbo after starting out as a guitarist and is now active in various ensembles, baroque orchestras, and solo projects. Kristy studied recorder in Amsterdam and The Hague, performs as a soloist and ensemble player, and is a member of The Royal Wind Music, among others.
With their program The Wedding Feast at Cana, they bring Veronese's famous painting to life musically, with works by Ortiz, Monteverdi, Castello, and Falconieri – a feast full of colorful Venetian sounds from the 16th and 17th centuries.
Archery
Archery is an exciting activity that requires concentration and insight. It's not always the strongest or most athletic who wins a bow and arrow tournament. Therefore, it's an activity for all ages, offering a unique way to challenge each other. Thanks to professional guidance and appropriate equipment, this workshop is safe for everyone.
The workshop will be structured as follows: we'll begin with a short briefing on how the bows work and how to use them safely. Under the watchful eye of an expert instructor, you'll then learn some basic shooting techniques, and after a few practice rounds, we'll start a tournament. Over several rounds, players will demonstrate their most consistent shooting. This can be done by team for larger groups or individually for smaller groups. Besides the final victory, everyone will experience the thrill of success as they see their individual score increase with each round.

Archery Attack
Imagine the heart-pounding fun of paintball combined with the thrill of dodgeball and the precision of archery. That, in a nutshell, is what awaits you at Archery Attack! This dynamic team sport is the perfect activity for anyone who loves action and competition, and is guaranteed to get an adrenaline rush.
How does it work? The rules are simple, but execution requires a fair amount of tactics and teamwork. You play in two teams on a specially marked field. Armed with a longbow and arrows with soft, rubber tips, your goal is to hit and eliminate your opponents. And best of all? The special arrows are designed to be completely painless, allowing you to play to your heart's content without bruising.
This activity takes place at Daelenbroeck Castle or at the Boshut

Corporate Yoga
